Every two years the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) publishes its blockbuster: the roadmap on IPR issues. The 2012 issue (the 11th edition) is now available at http://www.iccwbo.org/products-and-services/trade-facilitation/ip-roadmap (ICC, Current and emerging intellectual property issues for business. A roadmap for business and policy makers, ICC, 2012)
This roadmap offers a list of issues that are of concern to industry. It intends to raise the awareness of policy makers.
Now other groups have other global IPR issues on their agenda. By browsing the Internet, can you identify the global IP issues that NGOs are putting forward today? Can you compare what you find with the ICC roadmap?
You might as well consult what academics have written on global IP issues. For an example: G. Dutfield and U. Suthersanen, Global Intellectual Property Law, Edward Elgar, 2008, p. 2-21.
